Once you receive your unique strategy you will become crystal clear on what you need to do to achieve your desired goal. I will be with you every step of the way. The weekly check in is the perfect way to review your week, Celebrate your wins, identify potential obstacles and ways to overcome them. When life is busy planning is a non negotiable.
You are the driver and I'm the passenger helping you navigate towards your end goal. Your strategy is tailored to your goal, biomechanics, training history, health history, and time you can realistically commit to training. I know you have a busy life so optimizing your time is paramount. Your plan will be under constant review as you get stronger and progress onto more advanced phases within your journey.
You will become part of a community of like-minded people that will inspire and motivate you throughout your journey. These are people that are at the start of their journey or well on their way to achieving their goal. You will get access to our Private Community Group. There are also monthly masterclasses, weekly community meetings and client events. There is also yearly events, training workshops, social events and so much more. Crazy what a 20 pound difference can look and feel like. Before joining the program I was extremely stressed with work and family and completely neglecting my health. Every week it seemed like it was a challenge to exercise and eat properly. I realized that I was lacking the right structure that actually fit into my lifestyle and schedule to make taking back control of my health sustainable. Fast forward to today I'm down 20 pounds within the first 2 months of the program & have built some great habits with nutrition and training thanks to the tutelage of my coach in the Built To Win Program.

It's amazing that I've not only accomplished my physical goals, but I'm in a much better head space mentally! HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
In order to see massive fat loss and body composition changes in your body it will take at least 90 days but you will feel better almost immediately. Feel confident that you are optimizing your time, nutrition and training around your lifestyle.
HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?
Being more active daily is the most underrated way to decrease body fat, your step target will depend on your schedule, responsibilities and capabilities.
WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?
We will be using a flexible dieting approach. There's technically nothing that you need you to eat, our approach is mainly going to be about the education around the amount of food you need to consume in order to drop 1-3 pounds per week without guess work.
DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?
You will be provided with a custom training protocol that is built around your lifestyle, schedule and capabilities. You'll never be asked to commit to regimen you couldn't do consistently around the time you have available.
WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?
You will be educated on exactly how you need to conduct yourself while having a meal out with family, friends and co-workers. That's the purpose of being taught nutrition so that way you will understand how to navigate real world scenarios.
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?
The only main two areas we will be focusing on is calories & protein to start with. Calories will help decrease weight and body fat , protein will help build and retain lean muscle.
WHAT IF I CAN'T REACH THE REQUIRED STEP COUNT?
You won't ever be asked to commit to something that you cannot do around your lifestyle and schedule.
WHAT DO I NEED WHEN I GET STARTED?
All you need is the right mindset, which consist of you being sick and tired of the stomach , love handles and man boobs, and you're ready to completely get rid of them.
CAN I MESSAGE MY COACH AT ANYTIME?
Yes and they will answer every message within 24 hrs.
WILL I GET HELP ON WHAT TO EAT?
You will have library of meals that you can easily prep in 15-20 mins. We work with all dietary needs and restrictions. You will also receive science based education around nutrition so that way you are consistently eating under your TDEE to drop 1-3 pounds per week.
